

Mr. Hewlett joined IPA in 1981 and was appointed General Manager in December 2007. He held the position of Chief Financial Officer before being appointed Assistant General Manager in 1993 and has directed the Agency’s financing and investment activities since 1987. He is currently serving as a board member for The Utah Foundation and Utah Taxpayers Association. Mr. Hewlett served as Mayor and City Councilman of Highland City, Utah; as a member of the Highland Water Company Board of Directors and Chairman of the Highland City Water Policy Advisory Board; and has served as a committee member of the American Public Power Association and the Government Finance Officers Association. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Utah.
Mr. Eldredge was appointed to the position of Assistant General Manager in October 2009. Prior to his appointment as Assistant General Manager, Mr. Eldredge served as the Agency's Accounting Manager, a position he held from the time he commenced work for the Agency in 1988 until his appointment as Assistant General Manager. Prior to his employment with IPA, he was an Audit Manager with Deloitte Haskins and Sells. Mr. Eldredge holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and a Master of Professional Accounting degree from the University of Utah and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant.
Mr. Orme joined IPA on a full-time basis in 1986 after having worked with IPA's Treasury Department since 1981 in a consulting capacity. He has extensive experience in applying computers to solve financial and statistical problems and is the author of the Treasurer's Investment System software program which tracks IPA's investment portfolio. Mr. Orme holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Utah.
Mr. Jensen first joined IPA in 1993 as a senior auditor. He left IPA in 1997 to work as the Manager of Financial Planning for Andalex Resources. Mr. Jensen returned to IPA in 1998 as Audit Manager and was appointed Accounting Manager in October 2009. Prior to his first employment with IPA, he was an auditor with Deloitte & Touche. Mr. Jensen holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Utah and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant.
Mr. Huntley (not shown in photo above) joined IPA in October 2009 as Audit Manager. Prior to his employment at IPA, he was an Internal Audit Manager with the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, Chief Financial Officer with Xcel Fitness of Salt Lake City, Utah, Director of Finance with Infopia, Inc. of Salt Lake City, Utah and an Audit Manager with Deloitte & Touche, LLP. Mr. Huntley holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and a Masters of Accounting/Information Systems degree from Brigham Young University and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant.
